Calling Cambodia Long Distance

The Kingdom of Cambodia operates in Cambodia Standard Time, 7 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time and 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST). Unlike the U.S. and much of Europe, Cambodia does not participate in Daylight Saving Time. So for part of the year, it is only 11 hours ahead of EST.
