Auto-Recharge

Auto-Recharge is a feature that allows customers to setup an automatic recharge in the card’s balance every time the balance drops below $3.00.

Auto-recharge is a great way to:

  1. Save yourself the time and hassle of coming back to our site every time you want to make a recharge or buy a new calling card

  2. Always have minutes to talk and never have to worry about being stuck without balance when you are traveling or don't have Internet access to recharge or buy a new phone card

Use Auto-Recharge and Earn Lots of Bonus Points!
By setting and using Auto-Recharge you can earn Bonus Points equal to up to one free month of calling:
How?
1.  

Set up any of your cards (PINs) with auto recharge.

2.  

Twelve (12) months after the first recharge is applied to that PIN we will credit your account with Bonus Points equal to the lowest monthly dollar amount of usage on that PIN in the previous 12 months
   
Example

During April 2008 Karl sets a $20 Auto-Recharge in one of his PINs. By the end of this month the system reports 4 Auto-recharges of $20 each for a total of $80 spent during this month.

From May 2008 to February 2009 the system reports two auto-recharges of $20 per month ($40 dollars charged per month).
*

Karl again makes a lot of calls during March 2009 and the system reports 3 Auto-recharges of $20 ($60 dollars charged during this month).
*

Karl reaches 12 months using Auto-Recharge on the PIN he set up on April 2008.
*

We reward Karl with 40 bonus points, which is the lowest monthly dollar amount of usage on that PIN in the previous 12 months. Each of these Bonus Points can be converted into $1.00 of additional balance on the qualifying PIN only.

How to set up Auto-Recharge?

Follow these simple steps:

Login
to your account

2.

 

Choose the PIN that you want to set up from the "My PINs" section in your account center

3.

On the Auto-Recharge tab just click on the check box and choose the amount to be Auto-Recharged by the system in your card. Then click “Save”.

Each card must be set up with this feature separately. You can turn Auto-Recharge on and off at any time
