What should I do if the person to whom I sent the top up did not receive it?

Please contact customer service and provide the details of your request: Transaction ID, recipient phone number, country and mobile operator. The customer service team will reach out to the mobile phone operator to determine what happened to the transaction. Occasionally, international mobile carriers experience temporary outages that interfere with top-up transactions. If you have received a "Pending" notification from IDT MinutesToMobile, please wait until you receive final confirmation of the status of your transaction before contacting Customer Service.
