Instructions for Calling to Cities within the Philippines
If you are calling the Philippines from abroad, be sure to dial your international access code first (it’s 011 in the U.S.). Follow that up with the Filipino country code of 63 and the area code for the city or region you are trying to reach. Lastly, dial the local subscriber number. e.g. For a call to Manila, dial, 011-63-2-xxx-xxxx.
If you are calling Manila from another city in the Philippines, dial a 0 before the area code: 0-2-xxx-xxxx. For local calls within the same area code, just dial the 5-7-digit subscriber number.
