An extra 1.7¢ per minute charge (above the regular toll free charge) will apply when calling from Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. An extra 15¢ per minute charge (above the regular toll free charge) will apply when calling from Alaska. Calls made from toll free access are billed at a higher per minute rate (an additional 1.5¢ per minute).
