An extra 1.7¢ per minute charge (above the regular toll free charge) will apply when calling from Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
An extra 15¢ per minute charge (above the regular toll free charge) will apply when calling from Alaska.
Calls made from toll free access are billed at a higher per minute rate (an additional 2.0¢ per minute).
Rates on this card will not increase except in the event that the cost of providing service increases.
